Sprinting is an important aspect of many sports, and an effective sprint technique is very important for maximizing running speed.
Correct sprinting technique allows you to use all of your energy to move your body forward. Unnecessary movements of your trunk will waste energy needed to move your body forward. Thus, using strength-training exercises to prevent unnecessary movements of your core will improve your sprint speed. So, to improve your sprinting speed try doing abdominal and back strengthening exercises.
