Researchers have confirmed that female athletes particularly basketball, soccer and volleyball players, are experiencing knee injuries 5 times more frequently than their male counterparts.
The reasons for this gender inequity remain unclear, but new research shows that specific training can help prevent knee injuries.

This video has an 8 week training program which includes a Dynamic Warm-Up, Plyometric Training Progression, Strength Training and a Cool Down Program, all scientifically designed to Prevent Knee Injuries and Increase Athletic Performance.
